I was then greeted by Chris Larson (service manager) and advised that anytime I needed anything that I was to let him know. The newly remodeled dealership and service department is beautiful and has been desperately needed.   • I brought in my 04 Pontiac Vibe for a Safety Recall. The staff was very friendly, and provided a shuttle for me to get to work. They also performed a free vehicle inspection while it was in the shop. However, I had requested a shuttle to pick me up from work and bring me to the dealership, and they forgot to come get me.   • This story isn't as funny as my first review when I fell asleep in the lobby and fell to the ground after waking up. But my experience was again very professional and great. When I come into red wing chev I do actually get the feeling I'm being taken care of in a sense and that the people really care about what they are doing. I enjoy talking to the different employees there because they like to get on a friendly level to know what you're like and what you want. Although I wasn't there to purchase a vehicle, the staff enlightened my day by talking about new vehicles and incoming vehicles. Chevrolet is my passion.
