Extremely knowledgeable. I have bought cars from Kevin in the past and trusted him completely. He was the first person I thought of when I needed to search for a different car. I was in a car accident which put me in situation. He is compassionate, kind, caring and not pushy. I really thought he asked the right questions for me to really think about what I wanted and needed in a vehicle. Tavis was great and very transparent.
Tavis was great and very transparent. He listened to us and answered all of our questions throughout the whole process. Same goes for the finance guy, Brian. They both even stayed late on a Monday so we didn’t have to miss work. They’ve got a great sense of humor and work remarkably well together, which was an added bonus. 10/10 would recommend shopping with Tavis and talking to Brian about financing!

Professional, friendly & listened to what we wanted with no pressure! We were actually leaving to keep looking, when we were shown the perfect truck for us! What was going to be just a 'stop and look' ended up being a trade in my truck & drive off the lot with a 'new' truck! They worked with us on the financing and the trade in value which was unexpected. Even though the process was lengthy (not their faults) Scott, Kyle and Brian made the car buying experience enjoyable and fun! Thanks again guys!

After significant research for a quality used vehicle
After significant research for a quality used vehicle using several websites, my son selected a few vehicles he was interested in buying. Red Wing Chevrolet staff were excellent. Kyle was a pleasure to work with and had some useful suggestions. Oddly, the best part of the purchase was working with Brian W, the business manager. He assisted us with understanding the process, fees and most importantly how to deal with the debit and cash options. The vehicle was as we hoped. My son bought it two weeks ago, and is very pleased with his new used car! Thanks Brian and Kyle for assistance!
