I was kept waiting for several hours for my oil change appointment. I was told that I needed a replacement for my oil pan. This extended the time out to 4 hours. I feel that I was taken advantage of by the dealership. Communication was poor.

We called last minute to schedule an appointment for an oil change, tire rotation and a tire issue that was covered under warranty. They got us in within a couple days and took great care of us. Great service and great people to work with!
