There were a few bumps along the way, with my credit
There were a few bumps along the way, with my credit rating could do better explaining what is happening during those times. Need another person who can do the preliminary credit paperwork so then finalize by Bryan so back ups a minimal. On Saturday we had an appointment to sign paperwork with my co signer with me it was 2 hours after apt time when we got in to see Brian and it was another half hour before completed.

I was kept waiting for several hours for my oil change
I was kept waiting for several hours for my oil change appointment. I was told that I needed a replacement for my oil pan. This extended the time out to 4 hours. I feel that I was taken advantage of by the dealership. Communication was poor.
