Dropping your Vehicle off for Service?
Many people wish to drop their vehicle off for service. The advantages of this is we generally will get started on your vehicle the same day. Some people find having an appointments fits their needs better. Either choice is fine with US!
If dropping off your vehicle during business hours
Reach out to us on chat or give us a call (preferred method) at 651-267-4531 to discuss your needs and make arrangements. You can also come in during business hours by entering our Service Drive. Just pull you vehicle up to the large garage doors with the green arrow. The door will open and you can drive in. At that time we will assist you. A red X above the door means you reached us when your service department is not open. Service is open Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm. Sales has extended hours and Saturdays for car purchases and sales. We have a limited amount of loaner vehicles. Please call ahead if you want to check availability. We also have pick up and delivery available as staff availability allows. Please call ahead for any of these needs.

If dropping off your vehicle outside of business hours
Park in any available parking spot to the left of the service drive doors. Lock your vehicle.
Grab an envelope from the key drop box located by the service entry door. Be sure to fill out everything on the envelope as well as a number we can reach you at when we are working on your vehicle. You must sign and date the bottom of the envelope to allow us to begin working on your vehicle!

Drop the envelope through the slot in the glass large garage door to the left of the service entry door.
We will reach out to your first thing the next business day to discuss your needs and make arrangements! You can also call us at 651-267-4531 with any information.
We will put you on our schedule for the next available opening, as well as have your vehicle ready to take a spot from other cancellations. We will generally start on your vehicle the day we receive it. We will discuss timetables when we contact you.
You may receive a text from us if you left a mobile number. We will send you a text asking for permission to text if this is your first time texting with us. Just reply “yes” to the request. At that time, text and video will be available as another form of communication while your vehicle is being serviced.
