I was kept waiting for several hours for my oil change appointment. I was told that I needed a replacement for my oil pan. This extended the time out to 4 hours. I feel that I was taken advantage of by the dealership. Communication was poor.

Had an excellent time getting my new car/handling my trade in with the staff! Noah, Ryan and Brain (aka "Mr. The Man!") were all incredibly polite, professional and kind. They were immensely understanding with all my questions, and wanting to get a PPI done before sealing the deal, None of them attempted to push extra service packages, and went above and beyond to provide excellent service. There were a few bumps along the way, with my credit rating could do better explaining what is happening during those times. Need another person who can do the preliminary credit paperwork so then finalize by Bryan so back ups a minimal. On Saturday we had an appointment to sign paperwork with my co signer with me it was 2 hours after apt time when we got in to see Brian and it was another half hour before completed.
Redwing Chev was very easy & enjoyable to work with. I will definitely be back when I decide to purchase an another vehicle. I would highly recommend them , great service from all departments!

Either that was the worst sales negotiation I’ve ever been involved in or Kyle just had us drive 45 miles for nothing. Either way, I will NEVER go back to this dealership. Car salesman's have had bad reputations for being unethical for countless years and this guy is a prime example of why.
Car repairs are never wanted and usually can be quite expensive. But the service I get here is unbelievably wonderful. They explain things that I asked about, provide great customer service and follow up and always so enjoyable to interact with everyone

Red Wing Chevrolet did a great job servicing my 2020 Chevy Bolt. I was very pleased at how quickly they resolved the issue. I had the Bolt towed there on a Thursday evening and the problem was resolved the following Friday morning. Their communication was excellent.
